Credit card, cash, and money order orders will be shipped within 
10 days of receipt of order. Orders payed by check may take as
many as additional 10 days.

PRICING. Family Matters price is US$25, plus US$5 shipping and handling 
(S & H is US$8 for addresses outside the U.S.A.) plus applicable 
tax. If your address is in the state of Florida, you must pay 
sales tax on the order amount. If the mailing address is within 
Florida, please also indicate your county of residence.
